Info on Key and Gate:
Alexis' Guardian Key and the Demon Gate are connected. How they're connected will be revealed later.
1, Alexis' Key: If you read the fanfic, Royalty, then you might realize that Hyros (Alexis' father) is within the key. He's able to protect Alexis from being injured by the key and hide the power it's showing. This is why Alexis didn't feel the transformation or realized it.
2, The Demon Gate: The Demon Gate leads to a world where Shadow Demons dwell and rest in (this will be explained more in the next part). These demons have 4 ranks, so the Demon Gate has 4 stages and (in this part) has reached it's 2nd stage. If you want to know what the stages/ranks are, read below about the symbol.


Info on Symbol:
The Central Symbol actually has 4 different meanings:
1: When the symbol is white, but doesn't have a red filling. It'll stand for "Monster".
2: When the symbol is white and has a red filling (as shown in this part) it'll stand for "Demon".
3: When the symbol is gold, but has no filling. It'll stand for "Archdemon" or "Fallen Angel".
4: When the symbol is gold and has a red filling it'll stand for "Demon Lord"

(The Demon King, Satan, won't leave the realm so there is no 5th stage to release him.)
